During a routine inspection
One patient said: "It's a very good practice. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else."
One described their dentist as "absolutely superb". Another said: "It's a really good practice."
We looked at comment slips which had been completed by patients. These were some of the comments made:
"Very friendly surgery."
"Simply the best dentist. The staff are great."
"Brilliant dentist. Satisfied 100% with my daughter's care."
"Outstanding dentist. One could not ask for a better surgery."
We found that the cleaning and sterilising of equipment was done to a satisfactory standard. We found that staff recruitment was consistent with regulations, and that the practice had adequate systems in place to monitor the quality of its service.
