During a routine inspection
People told us they found the dentists 'Informative and pleasant'. One person said they would give them '10 out of 10'. They told us that the dentists gave them good information, and they got appointments on dates of their choice. They said, 'The dentists have been very good, thorough and likeable. They are caring and do a good job.' Another person said, 'I have found them extremely obliging, informative and friendly.'
A parent was pleased to say they had been good with little children. People told us how the dentists explained the need for treatments, and showed them the Xray images to demonstrate the problem.
The premises were purpose built, with easy access throughout. The waiting area was spacious, so that people could maintain their privacy while talking to staff.
