During a routine inspection

We were able to speak to a patient who uses the service. Comments were positive regarding the friendliness of staff and cleanliness of the surgeries. Having transferred from a previous practice to the Triangle some years ago, the patient expressed satisfaction with the quality of service and flexibility of appointment times.

Other comments supported the findings of the inspection.
