During a routine inspection
Due to the nature of the treatment carried out and the need for sedation it was not possible to speak to any of the patients on the day of our inspection but we did look at surveys which had been completed. Surveys showed everyone who had attended the surgery was happy with the treatment they had received and felt they were treated with respect at all times.
