During a routine inspection
People told us that they had confidence in the staff's abilities and were happy with the standard of dental work they received and would recommend the service to others. One person told us the quality of the dental work they received was, 'Good.' Another person described their experience of the service as, 'Very good, I don't mind coming here.'
People told us they felt respected by the friendly staff who fully involved them in decisions about their dental care and treatment. They told us, where applicable, they were given information on how much their treatment would cost.
We found the service to be well led and had effective systems in place to ensure they could respond to people's dental needs within a timely manner.
We found the service had robust infection control and recruitment procedures in place.
We observed that the reception and clinical areas were clean and tidy. As we gave short notice of our inspection, we asked people if they always found them to be of the same standard. They told us they did.
