During a routine inspection
Another patient told us, 'It is always easy to get an appointment, each time I come they ask me to update my medical history. Everyone is so friendly'.
A further person said, 'I used to be terrified of dentists before I came here, I'm not now'. All the patients we spoke with told us that they had no concerns about the surgery.
We found that the practice had one issue regarding a a tear in the dental chair in the ground floor surgery. This has been subsequently rectified prior to the report being issued.
