During a routine inspection
Everyone that used the service told us that their treatment was discussed with them.
Everyone that we spoke with told us that they had no concerns about the care and treatment that they received from the dentists at this practice. One person told us, 'Happy with the treatment, they are as good as gold. I have moved away, but still travel to get treatment from this dentist.' We found that care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare.
All the people we spoke with said that the surgery was very clean. We found that people received care and treatment in a clean and hygienic environment.
All the people that we spoke with told us that the staff were friendly. We found that staff were trained and supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
All the people that we spoke with told us that they were happy with the standard of treatment they received. One person told us, 'They are very good indeed and I am very pleased.' We found that the provider had an effective system in place to monitor the service to ensure that people received a quality service.
