During a routine inspection

We talked with three people who were visiting the surgery on the afternoon of the compliance visit. People told us they had a good relationship with the dental surgeons and other staff. People said that their treatment was explained to them. People said they were happy with the treatment provided and would recommend the practice to others.

One person said: "[The dentist] talks to you and very much gives you information." Another person stated that: "You don't have to wait too long....[The people] on the front desk are very polite and friendly....I've been very happy." People who used the service said they felt the practice was well run. This was summed up by one person we spoke with who said the practice was "well organised".

Oasis Dental Care - Withington were meeting all the outcomes we looked at on this inspection.
