During a routine inspection

We haven't been able to speak to patients using the service because there were no patients available on the day of the inspection due to an urgent maintenance of the building. We gathered evidence of patients' experience of the service by reviewing patient satisfaction survey reports. We found that patients were happy with the services being provided and their privacy and dignity were maintained.
