During an inspection in response to concerns

People told us that they understood the treatment available to them and were clear about the fees being charged. One person commented that all aspects of the treatment were explained to them in a way they understood.

People were satisfied with the treatment they were given. One person said they didn't think they would ever need to complain. Another told us 'all the staff are always pleasant and polite'.
