During a routine inspection
We spoke with one person who used the practice and two relatives. All the people we spoke with were complimentary of the practice and expressed no concerns.
We found the practice to be clean and well maintained and saw that there were sufficient members of suitably qualified staff available to meet people's needs. We saw that staff engaged with people in a compassionate and respectful manner.
We saw that there were quality audit systems in place to improve the service offered to people.
