During a routine inspection

We spoke with patients who told us: 'I am quite happy with the treatment, the staff are all very friendly', 'there is something about complaints in the waiting room' and 'we have been given information on how to make a complaint', 'our experience has been very good we have never been kept waiting for long periods', 'they are always very nice they always give me time and answer any questions I may have', 'I never feel rushed they are really very good', 'they will see you quickly if it is an emergency, it is a really busy surgery', 'I had some concerns about a tooth recently and they were able to see me within a week to check the tooth and I thought that was really good' and 'they asked me about my general health when I first came and they ask periodically if anything has changed.'
