During a routine inspection
They were happy with the amount of information on treatment options provided by the practice and also with the clarity of NHS versus Private treatment and fees.
One patient stated that sometimes they felt that the wait to get an appointment was unacceptable. The patient did state that this was because his Dentist only worked one day per week. He did state that despite this he had always managed to be seen by another Dentist if he had an emergency and his regular dentist was not working.
Both patients advised us that they would be happy to recommend the practice to friends and family.
