FKS Clinic

The service had a good learning culture and people could raise concerns. Managers investigated incidents thoroughly. People were protected and kept safe. Staff understood and managed most risks. The facilities and equipment mostly met the needs of people. Some improvements were required to ensure that infection control processes minimised the risk of infection. The clinic was visibly clean and well-maintained. There were enough staff with the right skills, qualifications and experience. Managers made sure staff received training and regular appraisals to maintain high-quality care. Staff mostly managed medicines well and involved people in planning any changes. 

This is the services first inspection since registering with the Care Quality Commission.  At this assessment the rating has been assessed as requires improvement. This meant people were mostly safe and protected from avoidable harm.
