The provider was registered with the CQC in October 2024, and this was the first assessment of the service.
The only regulated activity, conducted by the provider was minimally invasive liposuction. Other activities carried out by this provider did not fall within the scope of a regulated activity. We assessed the key question Safe. Therefore, we have rated the key question of safe but not the overall location.
During our assessment we were not assured the provider had adequate policies and procedures in place to keep patients safe. A CQC Letter of Intent was served asking the provider to take action. The provider responded and made changes to improve the service and self-suspended their regulated activities while they did so.

The provider was registered with the CQC in October 2024, and this was the first assessment of the service.
The only regulated activity, conducted by the provider was minimally invasive liposuction. Other activities carried out by this provider did not fall within the scope of a regulated activity.
We undertook an onsite assessment of this service on 25 March 2025 after concerns were raised about the service by people who had used the service contacting the Care Quality Commission.
Summary of breeches.
Regulation 12 safe care and treatment
We were not assured patients were being kept safe and patient risk assessments were not documented. The service did not use a surgical checklist to take patient observations to monitor patients safely. Medicines were not stored appropriately, and patients were not given prescribed medication in product boxes with information leaflets. We were not assured staff had been trained appropriately as staff files were incomplete or did not exist.
Regulation 15 premises and equipment
Decontamination of equipment was not in line withHealth Technical Memorandum 01-01 meaning patients were put at risk of infection. The storage and preparation of saline bags, used in surgery, posed an infection risk to patients.
