St Mary’s Team Care Ltd is a domiciliary care service providing personal care to people in their own homes and is registered to provide the regulated activity of personal care, primarily to elderly people living in their own homes.
Not everyone using St Mary’s Team Care Ltd received regulated activity; the CQC only inspects the service being received by people provided with ‘personal care’. Where they do, we also take into account any wider social care provided. At the time of our assessment the service was providing care and support to 15 people, 2 of whom were supported by live-in carers.
People’s needs were assessed and risks to their safety and well-being were managed. The provider ensured that there were enough trained and supervised staff to provide timely care and support. People were supported in a person-centred way and the quality of the service was systematically checked by leaders.
