During a routine inspection
People that used the practice told us that they were supported to be involved in all aspects of their treatment. Everyone told us that they would recommend the practice to other people. One person told us they had been with the practice since it opened and commented, 'It is an excellent service, I'm pleased I heard about this practice.' Another person told us, 'Dr Lenton is the best dentist I have ever had.'
People received care and treatment that was planned to meet their needs. We saw that people's dental records provided a clear record of treatment provided.
We saw that the practice provided a clean environment for people's dental care and treatment. There were clear procedures to ensure that all dental instruments used were thoroughly cleaned and sterilised between each use.
People we spoke with said the practice was clean and hygienic and they were satisfied with the standards of cleanliness. One person commented, "It is more than clean, it is spotless."
