During a routine inspection
One person told us, 'My dentist recommended here. They're lovely, really friendly, he talks to me about anything and makes me laugh.'
We saw the treatment plans for three people under the age of eighteen years. We saw all treatments were recorded. The treatment plans and consent to treatment forms had been signed by their parent.
One parent told us, 'We were both involved, and they showed me what they were doing, explained everything and told us all about aftercare.'
One person said, 'The practice is clean, there are no nasty smells. I feel safe, reassured.'
People told us they were confident in the staff. One person said, 'They know what they are doing, without a doubt.'
