During a routine inspection

The people we spoke with when we visited Marford Road Dental Practice, on 17 May 2012, were positive about the services they had received. They told us they were given time, the staff were 'patient' and their appointments were not hurried. People said they were given information about the treatment they needed and the costs involved. One person told us that 'everything was made clear and seemed very fair', 'they do their best for you'. One person told us their dentist was good with children. Another person said they had recommended the practice to friends.
