During a routine inspection

People described the service as excellent and were very happy with the treatment they received. People were informed of their treatment options including risks, benefits and costs and felt listened to by staff. They were respected and involved in their care and felt at ease talking to staff. The service met their individual needs and they could easily get appointments. They found all staff friendly and the environment clean.
