During a routine inspection
People who attended the Dental surgery told us they were happy with the treatment they received. They told us the dentist and staff were friendly, and their choices and preferences were respected.
Direct comments included:
"The practice is excellent they are always keen to provide the best possible care and treatment'.
"Efficient, Friendly, Accommodating we would not want to change our dentist'.
'The surgery has a welcoming approach and is very clean. The dentist and staff are very professional'.
" I moved to Shropshire five years ago but I am prepared to do a round trip of 60 miles to stay with this dentist''.
People told us the times of appointments were flexible, if they needed an appointment in an emergency they did not have to wait. Staff were always pleasant and respectful.
