During a routine inspection
We found the service had completed comprehensive treatment plans for people that contained detailed information about their care and treatments. We found all staff had been trained in safeguarding vulnerable adults and children and the service had up to date policies and procedures for staff to follow. We also found the service had an effective recruitment system in place.
