Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

The patient we spoke with told us, “Staff were professional and sensitive towards me” and that “reception staff were welcoming.”

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with the most recent patient survey which was undertaken between July 2025 and Jan 2026. There was a total of 30 respondents. Summarised results indicated that 29 patients were “extremely likely” or “likely” to recommend the practice to family and friends. There were plans to reaudit.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. During the inspection, we noted that all treatment rooms doors remained closed during consultations.
