During a routine inspection

P Gray BDS was a small practice with one dentist, one dental nurse and a receptionist. We were able to speak with the dentist, the dental nurse and receptionist during our visit and we also spoke with two patients who attended appointments.

Patients who received treatment at P Gray BDS told us that they were very happy with the care and treatment they received and they had confidence in the staff. Patients who spoke with us said 'The staff are polite and approachable' and 'I have been coming to this dental practice for more than twenty years. The care is first class and I cannot praise the dentist enough for the way he puts you at ease and delivers your treatment.'

Patients told us that they were impressed with the efficient and friendly service and they felt the hygiene and cleanliness of the practice was 'Excellent'.

The dental nurse and receptionist said they worked together well as a team and managed to discuss any issues that may have been raised during the working day. They said that they felt they were supported by the dentist and they were able to access training as and when they needed to.
