During a routine inspection

Patients' needs were assessed and they received safe care and treatment. We asked the patients to tell us what they thought about the dental service they received. They were very complimentary about their treatment and the attitude of the staff. Some of their comments were; 'They are thoughtful and caring'. 'They are very well trained and experienced'. 'You get a very caring, personal and professional service'.

Good effective infection control procedures were in place. Patients told us they felt the surgery was very clean.

Staff were very aware of their roles and responsibilities with regards to protecting children and adults from abuse.

An effective complaints procedure was in place and people knew how to make a complaint.
