During a routine inspection

We spoke with patients who told us they had joined the practice after initially receiving emergency treatment. Their feed back was positive, with some then recommending family and friends to the practice. Some told us that the reception staff were very helpful and that the dentists explained all the treatment options to them in a clear way. They told us that the practice was accommodating if they had to alter an appointment themselves and if the practice had to alter the date then they were informed.

Patients felt that they were given good explanations about the treatment they required.

At the time Oldland Dental Practice registered with us on 01 April 2011, they declared that there were some outcomes where they needed to do further work to become fully compliant. At this inspection visit we checked those outcomes and found that the practice had achieved compliance.
