During a routine inspection
We spoke with two patients by telephone. They told us they were given good information about treatment and the options available to them. One patient told us, 'The dentist and the nurses are like family members. They explain everything to you to make sure you know what is happening'. Another patient told us, 'I will not go to any other dentist. They treat us well and they are excellent'.
The patients we spoke with told us they found the practice was always clean and well organised.
