During a routine inspection

Two patients consented and gave us interviews. They told us that that they understood the treatment they were offered and advised us they had been given written treatment plans. We found written evidence of consent to treatment and evidence that the patients were provided with a series of treatment options. We observed a patient journey through the practice. We found good professionalism and communication between all staff and the patients.

Two patients told us they would recommend the practice. We found the practice well decorated and clean and conforming to current decontamination standards.

Staff told us the provider supports them professionally.

We found patient records fit for purpose. We found the clinical governance file contained records indicating the practice was a safe environment for staff and patients.
