During a routine inspection

We spoke with six people who used the service. They told us they were provided with appropriate information and support regarding their care or treatment. People said they were given information in differing formats to include large print and were asked their opinion of their perceptions of how the services were provided. People said they signed their treatment plans and were provided with clear details of any costs, prior to treatment being carried out.

People said that care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare. They said they were respected and made to feel calm and reassured when they attended the surgery. One person told us that appointments were made to fit in with local transport provision.

Peoples comments about the service included "first class service, reception and other staff very helpful, the service is excellent, we are overall very pleased with the staff and services provided by a well managed practice."
