During a routine inspection

People we spoke with were complimentary of the dental services they had received. One person told us 'staff are very caring', and another person said they were 'very happy' with the service. People complimented the practice on its cleanliness and friendliness. We found that people were treated with dignity and respect, and involved in their care and treatment planning. The provider had suitable arrangements in place to ensure that people were protected against the risks of infection, and we found that effective procedures were in use for the decontamination of dental equipment. We saw that people were cared for by staff supported with adequate training and professional development. The provider had a complaints policy in place and we found that people's comments and complaints were listened to and acted on.
