During a routine inspection
People said they were happy with the care and treatment they received and staff treated them in a polite and friendly manner. They told us treatments and options were explained to them fully so they could make an informed choice.
The service was clean and procedures were in place for infection control, which were being followed.
The service was being staffed appropriately to meet the needs of the people who used it.
People said they would be confident to raise any concerns they might have with the staff so they could be addressed.
Comments received from people about the service and the staff included, 'very nice and very flexible', 'I think the surgery is very nice, the staff are very helpful' and 'very hygienic and comfortable.'
