During an inspection looking at part of the service

This was a follow up inspection to the inspection we completed in January 2013, in which we identified concerns with the records that were maintained and secured. As a result, we did not need to speak to people who used the service during this inspection.

We found that the service stored records securely. We also found that the service maintained cleaning records to show the cleaning that had been carried out at the practice.

During a routine inspection

We spoke with people who use the service and they told us that they were happy with the dentists at the surgery. One person told us that the practice was relaxed which they liked. One person told us that appointment times were always prompt. We found concerns in relation to record keeping at the practice.
