The people using the service during our visit said they had been attending the practice over a long period of time, stating they had been patients for approximately 20 years. They told us they were very satisfied with their dental care. People told us that treatment options were discussed with them, including their associated costs and risks. People using the service said the premises and treatment areas were generally clean and their privacy was upheld during treatment. One patient said of the practice, 'everything here is wonderful.'

Staff told us that they were happy working for the practice. Some staff told us they had been working at the practice for nearly 10 years or more. They told us that the team worked well together and that they had received the training and support they needed to meet people's dental care needs.
