This is the first assessment carried out of this location since it registered 15 July 2024. This assessment was triggered through information of concern being received. This assessment has found no evidence of ongoing concern of harm to people.
The provider had implemented effective systems to keep people safe and was well led. Staff demonstrated their committed to the values of the organisation during interviews with them.
The provider had begun to develop local networks and partnerships in this location.
