During a routine inspection

We spoke with five people before and after they had received treatment. One person told us they had been registered with the same practice for many years and had been seen by the same dentist. They said they were very satisfied with their treatment. They advised that their children, who were now adults, were also registered at the practice. Another person newly registered said they had been given sufficient information about the surgery and had an information leaflet. They said they had been sent a text to remind them of their appointment. Following treatment they said they were satisfied with it. Another person waiting for treatment stated that they were given advice about oral health and dietary advice. People with spoke with were not aware of the practices complaints procedure but said they would be happy to raise any concerns.
