During a routine inspection
Patients gave their consent to treatment, received a good service of care because staff were knowledgeable and were protected from harm because of appropriate systems in place to prevent abuse happening. Patients were treated in hygienic conditions and infection control standards were good. Patients were treated by well trained staff and there were systems in place to monitor the overall quality of the service provided.
