This was the first assessment of this service, and our overall rating is Good.

Staff completed training relevant to the service. Staff understood how to report an incident. Systems and pathways supported safe care and treatment, and staff knew how to protect women from abuse.

However, the service needed to strengthen its risk assessment questionnaire to capture data about people’s ethnicity and medical health and medication.
