During a routine inspection

People using the practice told us that they were happy with the service provided. They felt their dignity was maintained and their privacy protected. They said they were told about the treatment they were receiving and the costs involved. Comments included, 'I am 100% pleased with this service. The staff are friendly and helpful. They phone you before your appointment to remind you about it which is very useful. The clinic was very clean. All my family attend this clinic', 'The service is very good. We have had a long wait this morning by that is very unusual. The staff are friendly and considerate' and 'I have had good information about the treatment I need and I have discussed this with the dentist. The staff seem to know what they are doing and are trained. I have no concerns or complaints.'

They told us that they had been given details about what treatment they required and information to enable them to make a decision about their treatment. They also said that the dentists listened to them and talked through all the different treatment options.

People told us they felt at ease and reassured whilst receiving treatment at the dental practice. Comments included: "I don't have any concerns or complaints about this service.'

Staff commented, 'I like working here. The provider and practice manager are really nice and well organised. Training is good and I have recently attended the oral health and fluoride course', 'The staff team is small and we get on well together' and 'The provider is good and fair and make sure the staff are up to date with their training needs. The training is good here. We have recently completed our personal development plans and these are reviewed annually. The staff work really well together and it is a good team. The practice manager is very supportive.'
