At the inspection on 25 November 2025, we found the practice had made the following improvements:

The practice had effective processes to identify and manage risks.

Emergency equipment and medicines were available and checked in accordance with national guidance and staff could access these in a timely way. Improvements had been made to ensure checks of equipment were robust. Staff knew how to respond to a medical emergency and had completed training in emergency resuscitation and basic life support every year.

Improvements had been made to ensure the management of fire safety was effective. A new fire detection system had been installed, and periodic testing and checks of the alarm system, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers were completed.

The practice had reviewed their systems for appropriate and safe management of medicines to ensure anti-microbial prescribing guidance was followed, and a log was in place to monitor and track the use of prescriptions.

Staff had the skills, knowledge and experience to carry out their roles, and were able to demonstrate this. They told us that there were enough staff on duty at all times.
