During a routine inspection

Patients who used the practice told us they were very happy with their dental treatment and the approach of all the staff. We were told they were provided with the correct information about costs and the planned treatment.

People felt that they were treated with respect and that all the staff were friendly and informative. People felt they could report anything that concerned them.

We found that the practice was clean and hygienic and that equipment was appropriately serviced. The practice had thorough procedures in place for the decontamination of instruments and were up to date and aware of the latest guidance in relation to infection control.
