During a check to make sure that the improvements required had been made

We found that the provider was meeting this standard. All documentation retained that related to staff, was relevant to the management of the regulated activity and relevant to the employment of each individual. We were told that all of the records relating to people who used the service and staff, were stored in a secure, accessible way that allowed for them to be located promptly and without issue.

During a routine inspection

We found that people who used the service were treated with dignity and respect. The provider had taken steps to ensure that the views and experiences of people who used the service, were taken into account in the way the service was provided and delivered in relation to their care. People experienced care, treatment and support, from suitably qualified and experienced staff, that met their needs and protected their rights. Care treatment and support were delivered in a clean, hygienic environment which protected them from the risk of infection.

One person told us "We travel from out of the area to come here and that says it all, I would not go anywhere else."

Another person said to us "Its great to be able to come into an environment that you don't like, I mean no one likes going to the dentist, and actually enjoy your visit."
