During a routine inspection

We interviewed four patients who attended the practice and asked for their opinions. One was a fairly new patient and the other three for two to three years. They all confirmed that when they attended the practice they were treated with respect and courtesy. None of them said they had difficulty making appointments and that the receptionists were accommodating when making them. One of them described one of the receptionists as being "brilliant and will always try to fit my appointments in with my work patterns". He also said that he brings his children to the practice and they were very happy to come.

They all said that they were happy with the dental care they received in the surgeries and that they were treated well. They all agreed that treatment was explained to them and they were given the opportunity to ask questions. One patient said that his dentist was "absolutely awesome" and always explained what was needed and how much it would cost.
