During a routine inspection
The provider told us that every new patient completed and signed a paper medical history questionnaire before their treatment was started. In the treatment room we found that the provider discussed the medical history with the patient and a system was seen to be in place for flagging up any medical alert.
Patients told us they felt the practice was clean and well maintained. We found it complied with current decontamination guidelines.
The staff told us the provider was very supportive in their professional development. We found all records in the practice fit for purpose.
