During a routine inspection
We spoke with a patient who used the service. This patient commented, "I found the service by walking off the street I was welcomed very warmly and I have been treated very well."
Patients said they were asked about their medical history and about any dental problems. One person said "They asked me for a thorough medical history when I first went there then would ask if anything had changed with me".
We found that Staff have not received training in Safeguarding procedures and actions and that Patients were not protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had not been followed in regard to the risk of Legionella bacteria.
