During a routine inspection
The practice had satisfactory policies and procedures in place for safeguarding children and vulnerable adults from abuse. We saw arrangements in place to deal with emergency situations including training for staff in medical emergencies and resuscitation.
There were systems in place to gather the views of patients who used the service about the care and support provided. Patients had their comments and complaints listened to and acted on.
