During a routine inspection

We spoke to five patients who all told us that they were very pleased with the care and treatment that they received and thought the dentist "were amazing" and "everything was very clearly explained". They told us that they always received treatment plans were asked about their medical history and the costs were clearly explained.

We found the staff to be well trained and knowledgeable in their work and the practice has a good ethos of continuing professional development.

We saw evidence that many audits were undertaken which showed a high degree of compliance and highlighted any issues which were promptly acted upon.

We found that emergencies were catered for in regular training and the presence of emergency equipment which was regularly checked and documented.

The nurses told us that they received training in cross infection control and we found a high degree of compliance with the national clinical guidelines and that the practice was very clean and followed national cleaning guidelines.
