During a routine inspection

We obtained feedback from several people who use the practice. All the people we consulted with expressed satisfaction with the service they received. People told us that they had a good relationship with the dental surgeons and other staff. They all confirmed they were given enough information about their treatment options and costs, and considered the services of their dental practitioners as being 'excellent'.

Comments included:

'They are always clear about treatment options and I have always felt involved. The staff are approachable and professional. I would give this practice ten out of ten'.

'It's a very good practice. I feel really comfortable coming here'.

'I have received excellent treatment from this practice'.

People using the practice told us that they felt confident that staff were trained appropriately and that high standards of hygiene were maintained by the practice.
