All Inspections

During an assessment under our new approach

We carried out this announced on-site inspection on 11 April 2025.

We found the practice had met regulations.

Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation and there was effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.

Patients were treated with dignity and respect and at the time of our inspection, could access care, support and treatment when required.

Patients’ care and treatment was provided in line with current guidance and infection control procedures in place were effective. The practice had effective systems to identify and manage most risks.

The practice is in the London Borough of Hounslow and provides NHS and private dental care and treatment for adults and children.

There was step-free access to the practice and car parking spaces available near the practice. The practice had 6 treatment rooms. At the time of our inspection, there was a total of 16 staff, of which there were 6 dentists, 6 dental nurses, 1 dental hygienist, 2 receptionists and the practice manager. We gathered feedback from staff and spoke to a range of staff during our inspection, including 4 dentists, 1 dental nurse, 2 receptionists and the practice manager.

During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people using the service and five staff working at the practice. People told us they were satisfied with the care and treatment that they received from the practice. They told us they were provided with information about the dental treatments available, the costs of treatment and any risks were fully explained by the dentist.

People told us they were asked about changes to their health and medicines at every visit. Their comments included 'he explains everything, he is very good' and 'the dentist went through the fees and the risks involved with the treatment.

Effective systems were in place to manage infection control and prevention.

There were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff to meet people's needs.

Effective systems were in place for responding to complaints. People we spoke with said they would feel confident to raise any concerns they might have with the provider.
