At the inspection on 29 July 2026, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation:

The practice had a governance system that included policies and procedures, which were accessible to staff and were reviewed on a regular basis. The risks associated with health and safety, substances hazardous to health, fire safety and the management of Legionella had all been addressed.

Systems and processes were now embedded, and the follow up inspection on 29 July 2026 did not highlight any issues or omissions.

The practice had also made further improvements:

We saw the practice had effective processes for identifying and managing risks, investigating incidents and accidents, and had processes for receiving and acting on safety alerts.

Staff had clear responsibilities, and systems of accountability to support good governance.

The practice had taken steps to improve environmental sustainability. For example, the practice recycled all cardboard, 1 light was on a sensor and staff turned off lights and electronics when not in use.
