We did not speak with people who use the service at this visit. We spoke with the practice manager and they told us since our last visit no new members of staff had been recruited. We looked at 10 recruitment and personnel records for staff employed by the service.

We did not speak with people who use the service at this visit. We spoke to the Practice Manager and looked at the recruitment files for the 10 staff employed at the practice.

9 May 2013

During a routine inspection

During our inspection, we were able to speak with four people who used the service. They all told us that they received excellent care and treatment from their dentist and all of the staff were always courteous and friendly. They also told us that they felt at ease, confident and safe when visiting the dentist. They also told us their treatments including costs were always explained in order for them to make informed choices.
